A proposed Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit involving Younique's original Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes.
• The Settlement resolves litigation alleging Younique's original Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes (sold between October 2012 and July 2015) was not accurately labeled as being made of "100% Natural Green Tea Fibers."
